The Mayor of Tas-Sliema Local Council, John Pillow, shared a video he took along the Tas-Sliema Waterfront.
Together with the video he wrote, “Anyone who wanted to put out this garbage removed his address from the boxes. However, I did not give up and found who left this mess under the sidewalk alongside the shore.”
After showing many boxes randomly thrown under the pavement, he also shows those responsable for throwing them out, picking them up. He added that the person responsable was German but who cooperated. Mr Pillow was informed that a private company will be hired to pick the scart up.

I thank Mr Pillow for being such a pro-active mayor while showing respect and love towards his town.
May all mayors whose towns have been turned into another Magħtab, follow suit.
