While the BCRS Scheme continues to trumpet its imposed success, with our little island which already lacks space, being filled with its bright green machines, including the jumbo ones with an attendant next to it:

[Right now everybody is grumbling about the BCRS bottles. It takes three months for us, the shopowners, to get paid. When they inform you that you had REJECTS, they deduct their money without any reason and then you have to make up for it. But when we have the order imported, we need to pay the 10c on each bottle immediately.]
