These photos show that we have lost a radiant gem. Our beloved island is no more.
Maybe for some of you, the argument is that at those times, there was poverty and suffering. Streets were not in good condition, and so forth.
What I say to you is that nowadays there is still suffering. And there is still poverty. Having good streets to be stuck in traffic for hours is not a good life.
I crave peace. I crave simplicity. I crave some quiet time. I crave some desolate places.
We were stripped from a beautiful Mediterranean island to live in a cosmopolitan city. We thank capitalism, globalism, communism, and Zionism.
Our island life is no more.
