The above piece is called ‘Arch of Hysteria’, which greatly resembles the work of the American serial killer and sex offender Jeffrey Dahmer, also known as the Milwaukee Cannibal or the Milwaukee Monster, who had killed and dismembered seventeen men between 1978 and 1991, with many of his murders involving necrophilia, cannibalism and the permanent preservation of some body parts.
