Weather modification: 42 cloud seeding projects across the American West

According to ABC reporting there are currently 42 ‘cloud seeding’ projects across the American West being used for weather modification.  Researchers are currently working on AI to deploy “cloud seeding drones.” The Federal Government has committed 2.6 billion dollars to cloud seeding.
