Can our  government specify what will happen with aborted foetuses if the draft law is passed by Parliament?

Where do aborted foetuses go?

We have one sure certainty: there are companies that buy these aborted foetuses. One such company is StemExpress[1].

StemExpress a for-profit biotech supply company with its motto “Advancing Science Changing Lives” is a company which was founded back in 2010 and it bills itself as “the leading biospecimen provider of human bone marrow cord blood.” It also takes to collecting samples or isolating primary cells to come up with new cures and treatments for people afflicted with serious medical conditions. On its website it states that its work “saves and improves lives”.

What it does not tell you is that it had partnered with Planned Parenthood clinics across America to purchase human foetal parts since its founding. StemExpress’ Medical Director Dr Ronald Berman is an abortion doctor for Planned Parenthood Mar Monte. In other words StemExpress is a baby parts buyer which “saves and improves lives” by using the parts of unsaved and killed lives.

Back in July 2015 CMP (Center for Medical Progress) released a series of undercover videos exposing StemExpress as a major illegal vendor of aborted foetal organs and tissue from some of the biggest Planned Parenthood affiliates in the country.

This is part of the global foetal trafficking crime.

The below video shows actors posing as a company’s human biologics meeting with StemExpress CEO Cate Dyer plus Vice President of Corporate Development and Legal Affairs Kevin Cooksy and Procurement Manager Megan Barr discussing a potential partnership to supply extra foetal body parts to each other. Dyer admitted that the company gets “a lot” of intact foetuses suggesting “another 50 livers a week” would not be enough and agreeing abortion clinics should profit from the sale.[2]

Indicating that abortion doctors must do the procedure in a special way to obtain useable foetal parts Dyer said: “So many physicians are like ‘Oh I can totally procure tissue ’ and they can’t.” This is because federal law in the USA requires that no alteration in the timing or method of abortion be done for the purposes of fetal tissue collection (42 U.S.C. 289g-1).

To the question of one of the actors “What about intact specimens?” Dyer replied: “Oh yeah I mean if you have intact cases which we’ve done a lot we sometimes ship those back to our lab in its entirety.”

[“Case” is the clinical term for an abortion procedure. An “intact case” refers to an intact abortion with a whole foetus. ]

“The entire case?” asks an actor. “

Yeah yeah ” says Dyer. “The procurement for us I mean it can go really sideways depending on the facility and then our samples are destroyed ” she explains past botched foetal dissections “so we started bringing them back even to manage it from a procurement expert standpoint.”

Feticidal chemicals like digoxin cannot be used to kill the foetus in a tissue procurement case so a foetus delivered intact for organ harvesting is likely to be a born-alive infant.

“What would make your lab happy?” asked one of the actors. “

Another 50 livers a week ” said Dyer. “We’re working with almost like triple digit number clinics ” Dyer explains “and we still need more.” She later noted “Planned Parenthood has volume because they are a volume institution.”

Dyer also agreed that payments to abortion clinics for foetal body parts should be financially beneficial to them. “Do you feel like there are clinics out there that have been burned that feel like they’re doing all this work for research and it hasn’t been profitable for them?” she asks. “I haven’t seen that.”

StemExpress had filed a retaliatory lawsuit against CMP (those behind this footage) in the Superior Court of the State of California County of Los Angeles on July 27 2015 but its request for a gag order was denied in August 2015 and thus the footage was released.

“Less than a month after the release of the video StemExpress counsel at McDermott Will & Emery first approached CMP seeking a settlement in the case and less than a year later McDermott Will & Emery withdrew from representation of StemExpress.”

“In January 2017 StemExpress dismissed its complaint. The dismissal came within days of the release of the final report by the U.S. House of Representatives Select Investigative Panel. In the report the panel refers StemExpress for criminal prosecution for violating multiple federal and state laws.”

“The panel’s findings alleged that StemExpress: destroyed documents that were the subject of congressional inquiries; profited from the sale of foetal body parts; violated HIPAA (privacy) laws when collecting foetal body parts.”

After the scandal StemExpress untied itself from all connections with Planned Parenthood so it could be the case that it no longer buys baby body parts. But how many of you want to bet that this crime is still going on in other “clinics” “laboratories” and so forth?

All in all in view of all this which sends a clear message as to the hidden crimes there are behind abortion and to all the political cronies who dare to attack or amend the law to cover up their crimes can our government specify what will happen with aborted foetuses if the draft law is passed by Parliament? Will they serve as another means of cash in their sale to local set-up disguised clinics or to already established research laboratories? Or will they be sold abroad?
