Back in 1987 the current President of the United States who was a senator at the time expressed his opinion on mandatory testing by class.
His speech was thus:
“It’s not very far off the horizon that if we don’t get one disease under control you may find legislative bodies taking whole classes of people based upon propensity of conduct to say we’re going to put you in a certain category and we’re going to demand mandatory testing for you.”
