Another machine propaganda the BBC has collaborated with Facebook to censor pesky truthers fighting against the Covid-19 vaccine mishappenings[1].
The BBC reported that in some Facebook groups the carrot emoji is being used by the anti-vaxxers to hide anti-vax content from automated moderation tools. It said that it has observed several groups one of which has hundreds of thousands of members where the emoji appears in place of the word “vaccine” since Facebook’s algorithms tend to favour words over images.
Thus the BBC has joined forces with Facebook’s parent company Meta and became an accomplice in the continuous censorship of those who know what is going on and are trying to wake others up to what is truly going on. But for the BBC these groups “are being used to share unverified claims of people being either injured or killed by vaccines.”
By their same measure isn’t the way they speak about such groups “hate speech” too?
What if by the same BBC’s accusation all mainstream media portals are removed once and for all from the face of the earth? Since they are accomplices in pushing the Covid-19 narrative are all state-sponsored propaganda and continue to turn a blind eye to the truth why aren’t they censored and ideally banned? But the mainstream media won’t bite the hand that feeds them.
In a statement Meta said “We have removed this group for violating our harmful misinformation policies and will review any other similar content in line with this policy. We continue to work closely with public health experts and the UK government to further tackle Covid vaccine misinformation.”
Considering that everything that the anti-vaxxers are saying is coming true one can easily pinpoint who is giving misinformation to the public. As Garry Kasparov had said “The point of modern propaganda isn’t only to misinform or push an agenda. It is to exhaust your critical thinking to annihilate truth.” There would be no game of chess if the pawns refuse to play and the mainstream media wants to make sure that the pawns keep playing.
But BBC didn’t stop here. It continued with its searches and found that the groups have since reappeared.
Well the truth always finds its way to the surface. Even my blogs were not allowed to remain keeping on being published on Profs Mercieca’s Facebook page because according to Facebook they “violate its community standards.” You know you are speaking the truth when they try to shut you up!
The BBC has come across one group which managed to remain around for three years but rebranded itself to focus on vaccine stories in August 2022 after being a group for sharing “banter bets and funny videos.”
The large group’s rules state “Use code words for everything“. It goes on to say “Never use the c v or b words” (covid vaccine booster). It was founded more than a year ago and now has over 250 000 members. Because this is the only way to escape censorship.
“Marc Owen-Jones a disinformation researcher and associate professor at Hamad Bin Khalifa University in Qatar was invited to join it.
“It was people giving accounts of relatives who had died shortly after having the Covid-19 vaccine“ he said. [So he is admitting that the Covid-19 vaccine is killing people and that these groups are stating the truth.] “But instead of using the words “Covid-19” or “vaccine” they were using emojis of carrots.
“Initially I was a little confused. And then it clicked – that it was being used as a way of evading or apparently evading Facebook’s fake news detection algorithms.” [It was being used as a way of trying to remain afloat in a world that has turned against you for not accepting the Covid-19 narrative and counter-narrative and a world where liars become popular and truthers are regarded as psycho.]
If Facebook wants to continue with eliminating its so-called “fake news” it must start with the mainstream media.
Having one’s social media account or group temporarily suspended or permanently deleted because the posts “violated community standards” is a taste of what a social credit system will bring. For now they censor you on social media for speaking against Covid. Then they will censor you for whatever they put under the “hate speech” umbrella. Then they will censor you for speaking against the government. And finally they will censor you from having access to your money and amenities.
It is all about social control!
