The idea of “encodings” moves me while considering a soul-centered evolutionary model. This is the notion that, at the core of our individual paths, are encoded callings, talents, offerings, lessons learned, and archetypal transformations that are inherent to each of us from birth.
Stated differently, you are the route. Your personally written “soul scriptures” are waiting to be lived because they are encoded within you. In order to identify and actualize your encodings, it can be difficult to sort through all of the malconditioning, internalized shame, accumulated trauma, adaptations, and disguises. What’s even more intriguing is the possibility that many of those apparent barriers also hold hidden opportunities.
For instance, your soul’s temporal journey may be significantly impacted by the healing of your trauma. The tools you use to navigate this difficult environment can be doing the most important thing for your soul: soul protection. Your disguises could be symbolic of an uncovered self that you are meant to embrace. When we look for an encoded life, we can find fertile ground wherever.
