Before I delve into the latest monstrosity that the bullshitters in Parliament have proudly inaugurated with a first laid stone after shaking good hands with Big Business, I am here to tell the Destruction in Planning Authority to stop pulling our legs and to stop taking us for a ride.
In lieu of yet another monstrosity that will be built in whatever is left of a so-called green space in Mellieha, this site has joined others in signing a petition of protest.
And yet, this is what we receive back from the Destruction in Planning Authority:
“In Terms of Article 71 (8) of the Development Planning Act, 2016, the Planning Authority is hereby informing you, as a registered interested party, that fresh drawings have been filed in the above-mentioned application.”
Fresh drawings? We are not protesting to have the project revamped or adjusted so that you shut our mouths! We signed a petition so that this project is revoked and no other project replaces it.
What Paul Attard is basically doing is trying to pass from the window instead from the ajar door, circumventing a monstrosity which the Maltese people are objecting to.
You are suffocating us. You are destroying us. You don’t bloody care. You are soulless creatures with one sole aim: accumulating wealth. I tell you – if I have to meet you all one day, I will grab you all and throw you in the Mediterranean sea. Bunch of soulless creatures who somehow are breathing among us.
It is time to set the rage in motion against the machine.
