It is not mandatory to talk to everyone.
It is not obligatory to let yourself be dragged into bad conversations.
When you are in front of an idiot, remember to do one thing: BREATHE.
Remember who you are, where you come from, where you are going.
Remember to breathe when life is racing, when you’re in a hurry, when the spaces around you seem to get tight.
Breathe before you speak, because words desperately need clean air.
And above all, indulge in a luxury that only a few know today: THE LUXURY OF SILENCE.
