When The Simpsons ‘predicted’ power outages

The usual ‘The Simpsons’ did it again. No it is not by pure accident. What was given to the watchers via a cartoon, was a predictive programming of what awaits the world for two reasons: so that the watchers are downloaded the information and when things truly happen, they subconsciously conceive it as normal, and for the revelation of the method where humanity is given, in the open, what awaits its future, in the usual mocking of the victim.

In Solar Power Plant (“Bart vs. Australia,” Season 6, Episode 16) we see Mr. Burns’ decision to block out the sun in order to make inhabitants use more electricity which highlights the character’s obsession with making money from the power plant. Mr Burns is the mostly evil, devious, greedy, and wealthy owner of the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant and by extension, Homer Simpson’s boss. He is a stereotype of corporate America in his unquenchable desire to increase his own wealth and power, and shows lack of concern for his employees’ safety and well-being. In the series he aspires to apply obsolete technology to everyday life. He is Springfield’s richest and most-powerful citizen and uses his power and wealth to do whatever he wants, usually without regard for consequences and without interference from the authorities. Do you have any clue whom he might represent in real life? Lord Jacob Rothschild of the Elite Ruling Illuminati family, the Rothschild:

The storyline parodies the idea of influential people controlling energy resources for their own benefit.
