The Financial Times revealed on Thursday that Pfizer (PFE.N) is paying up to $250 million to resolve over 10,000 claims filed in the United States for cancer concerns connected to its withdrawn heartburn medication Zantac.
According to this media portal, which quoted two sources briefed on the agreement, the drugmaker was expected to pay a settlement of between $200 million and $250 million. The settlement is intended to lessen Pfizer’s possible responsibility, according to the article, and was revealed in a Delaware court filing last week.
Zantac was one of the first medications to reach $1 billion in yearly sales after receiving approval in 1983 and rising to the top of the global pharmaceutical sales charts in 1988. But in 2020, the FDA in the United States ordered manufacturers to remove Zantac and its generic equivalents from the market after samples of the medication contained a chemical known to cause cancer, called NDMA.
First they produce poison, then the administrations like the FDA approve it, then it starts killing and maiming people, and then it is withdrawn. Is there a way for the COVID-19 vaccines to be withdrawn from the people’s body, like AstraZeneca and other poisonous stuff of this corrupt and mafia industry are withdrawn from the market?
Is there also a way for this corrupt and mafia industry to be stopped from running? We need the new true science which works for the benefit of humanity, to rise. We need a new science and new companies which are not infiltrated by the Rockefeller and all the rest of the crooks and cronies.
The public should be reminded that in 2009, this criminal and mafia industry settled $2.3 billion in criminal penalties and liabilities for the drugs Bextra, Geodon, Zyvox and Lyrica. It paid $1.3 billion criminal fine; $1 billion civil liabilities under the False Claims Act (including more than $102 million to six whistleblowers). And yet this Big pHARMa multi-billion industry keeps on being allowed to run and its deadly and experimental Covid-19 vaccines were injected inside millions of people.
How right was David John Moore Cornwell, the British author known by his pen name John le Carré when, while researching the Big pHARMa business for his book “The Constant Gardener,” which was also produced into a film which goes by the same name, wrote: “As my journey through the pharmaceutical jungle progressed, I came to realise that, by comparison with the reality, my story was as tame as a holiday postcard.”
