At the Institute Centre of Technology in Delhi, Bill Gates praised none other than India’s “digital public infrastructure”— that of combining biometric digital ID (known as “Aadhaar”), bank accounts and payments—as “foundational” for keeping tabs on farmers, monitoring people’s health records and helping with “climate problems”. Did you think he wouldn’t? He has been pushing agendas all along.
This is what he said:
“Another thing in which India leads for what all of you can be involved and driving forward is this digital public infrastructure. You know, no country is more able to take government benefits and get them out efficiently and effectively to their citizens than India. You would have expected rich countries or others to do that but in fact they did not. And so, that basic structure – that structures identity and bank accounts and payments – is just foundational and as part of this visit I’m now seeing how that foundation is being built out; built out in agriculture, with profiles of farmers, so to understand what they need and give them advice; built out health records so that we can help people not only with infectious diseases but the challenge that’s coming in the future with the growth of the non-communicable diseases being a huge thing, and that digital public infrastructure will help us with these climate problems. I was in Odisha yesterday and what they showed is that they registered the farmers and registered what types of crops they grow, what land they own. They literally have a control center and when you walk in, you think ‘Wow, this is agriculture’ but you know, you got a command centre, and maps, and people doing queries and sending out messages. And so all of that starts you know with the national identity, listing those farmers, getting the information, making sure it’s up to date.”
In the globalists’ doublespeak this is translated to: ‘Another agenda in which India leads for what all of you were commanded to execute is this digital public infrastructure. The rich countries were not given the order to do it now, for the time being. And so, that basic structure, to which identity, bank accounts and payments will be tied – is so significant and having been put as frontliner for such agendas, I am checking and controlling how it is being built. This infrastructure will monitor the health choices of people but will also help for future evil agendas which we already know of, such as new unknown diseases. This infrastructure will also help us to control the people through the climate change hoax and agenda. I was in Odisha yesterday and what they showed is that they have put the farmers under totalitarian control, so that we can know their names, what food they grow and what land they own. In fact, this is so much of a total control agenda, that they literally have a control center, under the guise of agriculture, so that it comes across as something beneficial. And so that you know, this is why back then we have started giving people national identification cards, so that you can lead them to future agendas, that type of future which we plan for them, while we can control them.’
