According to Bill Gates, you must switch to eating artificial meat made by companies in which he invested in because cows are a problem

Bill Gates happened to also participate at a luncheon of The Economic Club of Washington D.C., – you know, one of those events where the wealthy are invited to discuss their plans for the world. And then they sit on these chairs on a platform with the usual blue background behind them – like those at Davos and Chatham House. Here is what Bill Gates, pushing agendas, had to say about cows and how they are the problem.

Interviewer: “A large part of the carbon we have in the atmosphere right now is caused by the electricity grid which is 25% or so”.

Bill Gates: “Exactly.”

Interviewer: “So, um, 24%—it comes from agriculture and forestry. Why is that causing such a big increase in carbon?”

Bill Gates: “Cows, and other grass-eating species, have a digestion system that emits methane. And methane is a very powerful greenhouse gas. And so cows alone account for about 6% of global emissions. And, so we need to change cows. Just cows alone.”

Interviewer: “How are we going to do that?”

Bill Gates: “Well, actually if all the categories, the one that is gone better than I would have expected five years ago is this work to make called artificial meat. And so you have people like Impossible and Beyond Meat, both of which I invested in.”

Interviewer: “Do you eat that as well and do you like it?”

Bill Gates: “Absolutely. You can go to Burger King and buy the Impossible burger.”*

Interviewer: “Alright and is it healthier for you or is it healthier for the atmosphere?”

Bill Gates: “It is slightly healthier for you in terms of less cholesterol. It’s, of course dramatic reduction in methane emissions, animal cruelty, manure management, and the pressure that meat consumption puts on land use. The main reason why we need to increase the agricultural output over the rest of this century is not the population increase. It’s that as the countries get richer, they eat more meat, and meat is a very inefficient way of creating calories.”

*Laugh out loud and tickle your belly. Isn’t it ironic that you can buy an artificial meat burger from an outlet that sells you food that is trash? It’s garbage. It sells you garbage, truly.

Make sure to follow his advice and make the switch to artificial meat made by companies that he has invested in so that you keep making him richer. And yet, he gives you yet another lie: that it is for your health and for the environment.

Cows were never and will never be the problem. If you want to stop eating meat, maybe out of respect for these animals, do, without having to substitute anything with the rubbish they sell you.
