This site is extremely sad to hear that an attacker stabbed Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel while he was giving mass in his Christ the Good Shepherd church in Sydney yesterday. This site has been publishing various speeches by this bishop, who, in my opinion, might be one of the two witnesses mentioned in the Book of Revelation.
This is the second stabbing event in Sydney, after the recent Bondi Junction mass stabbing by the Queensland forty-year-old man of Maltese surname, Joel Cauchi.
A man approached the bishop mid-sermon and started stabbing him multiple times while the sermon was being streamed live. Many members of the congregation leapt to help the bishop, and while doing so, sustained multiple wounds. Police have arrested the attacker whilst ambulances treat the wounded. Undoubtedly, a chaotic scene could be seen outside the Christ the Good Shepherd church,
The condition of Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel is not yet known. Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel has always spoken the truth bluntly, without beating around the bush, and he has always preached Christ. He said that Christians would be persecuted.
Albeit, he had once stated, ‘Chop my head. Do you want to kill me? Please do. You will do me a favour. I will go near the love of my life, Jesus Christ,’ this site is praying for his recovery. The world still needs you, beloved bishop. And so this site will make sure to keep publishing your sermons and speeches, so that you are imprinted in history.
