A father was dismissed from Mater Dei when he shouldn’t have been and died at the elderly home five days later

[My father was at MDH because of shortness of breath. He was dismissed to the elderly home, and died after five days at the same home. We told them that he was not in a good state to be dismissed but they still dismissed him.]
