Keeping up with reporting the ceaseless unexpected deaths is getting more and more difficult. The sudden death of a well-known fitness influencer, such as Brazilian Larissa Borges, from double cardiac arrest, overshadows and eclipses all other recent deaths of a similar nature.

These “fitness enthusiasts” have been dying off in increasing numbers. As usual, cardiac arrests account for the great majority of deaths resulting from COVID-19 vaccine injury; blood clots, brain damage, and “died in sleep” are the rare causes of death. Not only is the COVID-19 mRNA vaccination risky for elite athletes, but it’s also very dangerous for anybody who enjoys working out.

Physicians failed to advise patients about the increased risk of sudden death following COVID-19 vaccination and the fact that those with a high level of fitness have a much higher chance of dying suddenly. I believe that people who have received the COVID-19 vaccination shouldn’t do any intense physical activity until they have undergone a thorough cardiac work-up and have received the all-clear from a team of specialists.
