It was back In 2017, when the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security published a document titled “The SPARS Pandemic 2025-2028 – a futuristic scenario for public health risk communicators”, a report about a communications drill for a vaccine that “accidentally” caused spongiform encephalopathy aka “Mad Cow” prion disease. And now more reports coming out linking the COVID-19 jabs to a fatal prions disease. You really can’t make this up. We had two medical studies which have shown a link between the Covid-19 vaccines and Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease, a fatal brain disorder, which is similar to ‘Mad Cow’ prion disease.
We also had media portals reporting such cases after the roll-out of such vaccines:
It looks as if so far, most of everything that has been ‘predicted’ would come from these bioweapons has came to fruition. The below chart shows how infected the jabbed will get by 2028:
And then we get an article about how the treatment market for prion disease is projected to exhibit a double-digit CAGR between 2021 and 2028. Coincidence?
So, what was this SPARS Pandemic 2025-2028 document about? It is a document that back in 2017, predicted that there will be a pandemic, and that this pandemic would result into a massive vaccination program on a global scale, and that this inoculation program would inevitably lead to definite injuries of millions of people.
In its first page, its disclaimer states that it is “a hypothetical scenario designed to illustrate the public health risk communication challenges that could potentially emerge during a naturally occurring infectious disease outbreak requiring development and distribution of novel and/or investigational drugs, vaccines, therapeutics, or other medical countermeasures.
The infectious pathogen, medical countermeasures, characters, news media excerpts, social media posts, and government agency responses described herein are entirely fictional.”
Fictional or not, in the year 2021, the contents of this document became a current reality thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic. In fact, this document first predicted that at first we will be eased into the pandemic with very simple strategies:
But then the document states that over three years, those simple strategies it suggests would escalate to a mass vaccination program.
The purpose of this document is to maul over effective communication strategies for dealing with the public when they become aware that this vaccine has no long-term safety data and that, in the document’s own words, it might potentially be causing more harm than good. Here is a paragraph straight out of the document:
To add insult to injury, the document also states:
The document’s summary reports showed that a number of “helpline users said that their principal worry was associated with the SPARS pandemic and, more recently, uncertainty about potential long-term effects of COROVAX. Considering this new knowledge, Dr. Flynn countered the earlier claim that the public simply needed to wait until the science was clear.”
Aren’t the parallels shocking? The document also focuses on details such as how to deal with the public when they view graphic images of children being harmed by the medical concoctions. It also covers the neurological side-effects that will be caused by the vaccine. It even covers various specific details such as the black community hesitants to take the hypothetical vaccine, more specifically, how to make the black community trust in the CDC, even though the CDC funded the syphilis experiment. Thus, it adds a hypothetical tweet of a rapper stating:
The thing is, that during the Covid-19 vaccine roll-out, we did have a rap song, encouraging people to take the so-called vaccine:
The end of this SPARS document is even more shocking than the casual minimisation of 40+ years of human suffering. It ends by mauling over whether the hypothetical president of the hypothetical pandemic world should address the millions of people to sacrifice themselves to this experimental vaccination. It reads:
The similarities from this hypothetical scenario in this hypothetical document should not and cannot be ignored. If Event 201, which also belongs to the same Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security was the blueprint on how Covid-19 would begin, then this SPARS pandemic document is the blueprint on how it will end.
We should all pay close attention to how these scenarios play out if we are to avoid the fate that is destined for all of us, described in these so-called works of fiction.
