Why was Yorgen Fenech denied the possibility of giving information regarding Keith Schembri, Konrad Mizzi, Chris Cardona and others?

Back on 28th November 2019 the Independent gave us an article titled “Yorgen Fenech says he has information about Keith Schembri Chris Cardona Konrad Mizzi others.”

Yorgen fenech had written to the President of Malta George Vella “arguing that it should not be Cabinet that decides whether such a pardon be granted due to the people Fenech wants to reveal information about.”

“In the letter to the President lawyers Gianluca Caruana Curran and Marion Camilleri on behalf of Yorgen Fenech referred to a request for a Presidential Pardon in order to deliver ‘all information regarding the facts.’”

Why was Yorgen Fenech denied such a pardon but then Melvin Theuma was given a presidential pardon?

It is interesting to note for the umpteenth time that the name of Chris Cardona mentioned in the press release of the Degiorgios was also mentioned by Yorgen Fenech. Fenech also mentioned Keith Schembri to whom the Degiorgios also point albeit they do not mention his name. Then we have Konrad Mizzi and others. Who are these others? Don’t you smell rats when you have the same names always coming up? It is impossible that all this is a pure coincidence. The rest of the article of the Independent reads:

“The information he is ready to offer is  inter alia  regarding Keith Schembri Konrad Mizzi Chris Cardona and others all people close to the Prime Ministerand up until yesterday all attended Cabinet meetings.”

“On the basis of Article 85 of the Constitution the President needs to act according to Cabinet advice or on the advice of a minister who is under the Cabinet’s authority. This authority was delegated to the Prime Minister against all practice.”

“The lawyers argued that since the situation refers to people very close to the Prime Minister it is clear that is should not be him or a member of Cabinet to give this recommendation.

The letter read that Yorgen Fenech has the right to ask that his request be treated without any intervention that could have a direct interest in him not being granted a pardon.

The lawyers argued that he has a right for his request to be evaluated objectively impartially and without the interference of ‘political or personal interests.‘The letter read that Fenech wanted to air his concerns with the situation and for the President to exercise and extend the powers given to the him by the Constitution given this particular situation.

The letter added that ‘‘it is so true that Keith Schembri has an interest to stop the applicant from implicating him that as the Commissioner of Police himself can verify Schembri even sent directions to the applicant regarding the statement he should give the police to avoid his being implicated and this whilst the applicant was under arrest at the headquarters waiting for a response to his request for a pardon.‘”

Doesn’t the letter also imply similarities with what the Degiorgios’ press release show? Aren’t we again reminded how we have justice being stopped from being made and how there is a group of individuals protecting each other? Can the readers see the network coming up again? Doesn’t the last paragraph show that someone has been manipulating the case all throughout and giving orders to the police as to what to do? Is there anyone who agrees with me that the law is blind so that justice is done? Or should we say that the law should not be kept blind and should have the blindfold removed so that we can all see? Can the Commissioner of Police back then verify that “Keith Schembri has an interest to stop the applicant from implicating him” and that “Schembri even sent directions to the applicant regarding the statement he should give the police to avoid his being implicated and this whilst the applicant was under arrest at the headquarters waiting for a response to his request for a pardon.” Why is there all this protection in the brotherhood ring?

Don’t you all want those involved in this heinous murder to be prosecuted in court? Don’t you all want all those who are in the way to be investigated and prosecuted? And yet we have Matthew Caruana Galizia with the comment of the secretary general of the EPP group Simon Busuttil which can be interestingly debated and analysed by the readers especially since somewhere along the comments I see a slip of the tongue:

Matthew Caruana Galizia has not yet answered my question in another piece whereby I asked who is/are the crook/s he is protecting and who is/are the crook/s protecting him.
